After all the fun that was had with the power washer we decided to get a cheap sprinkler for the kids to play in. We turned it on the other day and they had alot of fun. Well, I should say that Lily had alot of fun. Avery wouldn't really get in the line of fire, but I think he still enjoyed it.
Between Lily running super fast and the water most of these pictures are hard to see, but I know what they are and they are precious to me!!!!
Avery thought it was fun to take his hat off and get it wet. That is about as close to the sprinkler as he would get!!
I did finally convince him that he needed to "Get Sissy", so he chased her until he started feeling the water hitting him.

I don't know if it was the fact that she was soaked or if it was her in her bathing suit, but she looked so little in this picture. It reminded me of when she was around Avery's age!!! She is so adorable.
Avery was very interested in the "Tater" box we have sitting on the front porch. He kept running to the other side of the porch, getting some flowers, running back down, and putting them in the box, then sticking his head in there to "smell them". He played this game off and on for about 30 minutes. It was hilarious!!!
This picture wins the most beautiful little girl EVER picture!!! (I am a little biased)
Avery also loves to climb up and down the stairs (concrete stairs by the way). He does a good job, but he ALWAYS goes down them backwards. Even the steps in the house (theres 14) he goes down backwards. I keep wondering when he will discover how much easier it is to bump down on his bottom!!
I'm done for now...hope everyone is doing good!!
P.S. Adam made it back fine on Thursday night around 8:00.
P.S.S. Please continue to remember Emory Keys in your prayers. She made it through surgery good, and they are now recovering and waiting to get to okay to come home!!!

We are huge fans of the sprinkler. We finally graduated to an actual swimming pool last weekend. Here's to victory.
