Lily's Birthday Party

Hello everyone

First we want to say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who came to Lily's party!!! She had such a Great Party!! She was so excited!! I really thought that I might have to drug her to get her in bed last night! LOL!! She got so many great presents (thank you for that, too) that she could NOT decide what she wanted to sleep with!! She did finally go to sleep somewhere around 10:00 pm! I have put a few pictures on here of the party. Unfortunately, they didn't turn out real great. But, for those of you who weren't there, it will give you some idea of the craziness that went on. I tell you, I am SOO glad that I didn't have to clean that mess up!! We moved all the tables so that the kids would have a decent sized, cleared off spot to just run around and be crazy!! I am SOOOO glad that we did that!! I really think that all the kids had a good time (I really hope so anyway)!!! I love how excited kids get at birthday party's. Lily had tons of help opening her presents!! It was so great!!! Anyway, I really appreciate everyone coming!! I hope everyone had as good of a time as we did!!!

Now for today...Lily woke up around 7:15 (early considering how late it was when she went to bed), and came in the bedroom saying that her belly hurt. Her belly "hurts" pretty often so I didn't think about it. I told her to get in bed with us, and she did. About the time we both got comfortable she starting throwing up EVERYWHERE. The bed, and all the way to the bathroom!! Talk about making you feel like a rotten parent. I felt SOOOOO bad. I guess she has got that bug that we have been passing around for about a month or so. Just when it seems like we are all over it, one of us gets sick again!!!! So if anyone gets sick...I'M SO SORRY!!!! She seemed to be okay, just a little sluggish for the rest of the day. She never threw up again, or anything like that...so maybe it was just a fluke!!! Hope so!!!

Tomorrow, is Lily's actual birthday!! I can't believe my baby is 4 years old. Doesn't even seem possible. I really wish I could slow down time. Sometimes I feel like I am to busy with every day stuff to really enjoy my kids. Thus is life, I suppose!!
